After watching Civil War, I wanted to get a similar smartphone film scanner that the main character uses to view her 35mm film outside. I found this Reddit thread: What setup was “Jessie” using in Civil War to scan her negatives by u/mickhugh. Turned out it is a Lomography Smartphone Scanner, but it costs $100 CAD (though only $39 USD). Lee wrote up a good review of it basically saying it’s not worth the price of £35 GBP.
